Under the scheme, online applications are invited from students who want to get loan for higher studies abroad for students of unscheduled caste in the state of Gujarat, subject to the prescribed conditions to get loan for the year 2021-22 within the limits of the provision. These applications must be accepted online only by students
You have to go to the website www.esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in and apply.
● The maximum loan amount is Rs. 15.00 lakhs (fifteen lakhs) loan at 5% interest per annum
● For diploma graduate or equivalent courses after Std-12
● For Post Graduate Course after Bachelor Degree
● The standard of annual family income limit will not apply.
● Must be at least 50% at Std-12 graduation level

● Caste example, school leaving certificate
● Marksheet degree certificate of study and basis of percentage
● Offer letter for study abroad) -20 / Letter of acceptance
● The basis for the cost of the study
● Copy of student's passport
● A copy of the student's visa to that country

To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant student has to go to the following web site and fill up the online form before going abroad.
A sample form, prescribed affidavit, list of required attachment grounds is given in the Directorate Scheduled Caste Welfare on the DASHBOARD of FAQs www.esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in for the student to help in filling the online form.
