(પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકની કચેરીના તા.૨૫/૦૪/૨૦૨૪ અને તા.૧૯/૦૬/૨૦૨૪ ના પત્રોના અનુસંધાને...)
👉 તા.૨૬-૨૭-૨૮ જૂન, ૨૦૨૪ (૩ દિવસ) દરમિયાન કાર્યક્રમ યોજાશે
👉 તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક તથા સરકારી અને અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં કાર્યક્રમ યોજાશે
👉 એક રૂટમાં ૨ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ અને ૧ માધ્યમિક શાળાનો સમાવેશ થશે. જો માધ્યમિક શાળા નહીં હોય તો ૩ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓનો સમાવેશ થશે
👉 સવારે ૮:૦૦ થી ૯:૩૦ પ્રથમ પ્રાથમિક શાળા, ૧૦:૦૦ થી ૧૧:૩૦ બીજી પ્રાથમિક શાળા અને બપોરે ૧૨:૦૦ થી ૧૩:૩૦ માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળા/ત્રીજી પ્રાથમિક શાળા (ક્લસ્ટરમાં માધ્યમિક શાળા ના હોય તો) માં કાર્યક્રમ યોજાશે
👉 શાળા કક્ષાએ કાર્યક્રમની તારીખ અને સમય બ્લોક કક્ષાએથી સીઆરસી મારફત જણાવવામાં આવશે
*કાર્યક્રમની પૂર્વ તૈયારી...*
👉 પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં પ્રિ-એનરોલમેન્ટ સર્વેની કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવી
👉 શાળા સલામતી અને સ્વચ્છતા સંદર્ભેનાં પગલાં લેવાં (સંપૂર્ણ શાળા પરીસરની સ્વચ્છતા થઈ જાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું)
👉 કાર્યક્રમના આયોજન માટે SMC/SMDC/સંચાલક મંડળની બેઠક કરવી
👉 શાળા સમિતિના કોઈ એક સભ્યને શિક્ષણ વિભાગની નમો લક્ષ્મી, નમો સરસ્વતી, મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાનસેતુ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ અને મુખ્યમંત્રી જ્ઞાન સાધના મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ જેવી મહત્વની યોજનાઓ અંગે સંપૂર્ણ માહિતગાર કરવા જેમણે કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન ગ્રામજનોને આ યોજનાઓ અંગે પુરતી સમજ આપવાની રહેશે
👉 શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ ઉજવણીની તારીખ અને સમય અંગે ગામમાં જાહેરાત કરવી
👉 વાલીઓ અને ગ્રામજનોને કાર્યક્રમમાં સહભાગી થવા આમંત્રણ આપવું
👉 કાર્યક્રમના આયોજનમાં વાલીઓ અને ગ્રામજનોનો સહયોગ પ્રાપ્ત કરવો
👉 વધારેમાં વધારે લોકભાગીદારી ઉપલબ્ધ થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું
👉 પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં બાલવાટિકા અને ધોરણ ૧ તથા માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ધોરણ ૯ અને ધોરણ ૧૧ માં પ્રવેશ પાત્ર બાળકોની યાદી તૈયાર કરવી
👉 પ્રાથમિક શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ ક્લસ્ટર/નજીકની માધ્યમિક શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીના સંકલનમાં રહી પોતાની શાળાના ધોરણ.૮ પાસ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો ધોરણ.૯ માં પ્રવેશ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો
👉 આચાર્યશ્રીએ પોતાની શાળાના ધોરણ.૮ પછી ધોરણ.૯ તથા આઈ.ટી.આઈ. અને સ્વરોજગાર જેવા અન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં કેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો તેની માહિતી તૈયાર કરી સીઆરસીને આપવી
👉 ધો.૧ થી ૫ ની પ્રાથમિક શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ ક્લસ્ટર/નજીકની અપર પ્રાથમિક શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીના સંકલનમાં રહી પોતાની શાળાના ધોરણ.૫ પાસ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો ધોરણ.૬ માં પ્રવેશ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો
👉 પાઠ્યપુસ્તકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આપવાના અન્ય તમામ સાહિત્યની વહેંચણી કરવી
👉 શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા શાળા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આપવામાં આવેલ શૈક્ષણિક સાહિત્યના પ્રદર્શનની ગોઠવણી કરવી
👉 પ્રવેશ પામતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ડ્રેસ પર તેમના નામનું બેઈઝ લગાવવું
👉 પ્રવેશ પામતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આપવાના શૈક્ષણિક સાહિત્ય પર સ્ટીકર લગાવી એમનું નામ લખવું
👉 આંગણવાડીના બાળકો માટે સુખડી સાથે કેળાં, ચીકુ, સફરજન, દ્રાક્ષ જેવા ફળો લોક સહયોગ કે અન્ય રીતે આપી શકાય તે માટે કાર્યવાહી કરવી

👉 પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ બાળકો, મળેલ દાન, લોક સહયોગ વગેરેને આનુસાંગિક આંકડાકીય માહિતી તૈયાર કરી સીઆરસી મારફત બ્લોક કક્ષાએ મોકલી આપવી
👉 નામાંકનથી વંચિત રહી ગયેલા બાળકોને ઓળખી પ્રવેશ આપવો
👉 સ્થળાંતરિત થઈને શાળા વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા બાળકને ઓળખી પ્રવેશ આપવો
👉 ધોરણ.૮ પાસ કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પૈકી ધોરણ.૯ માં પ્રવેશથી વંચિત રહેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો માધ્યમિક શાળામાં પ્રવેશ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો
👉 ધોરણ.૧૦ પાસ કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પૈકી ધોરણ.૧૧ માં પ્રવેશથી વંચિત રહેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં પ્રવેશ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો
👉 અનિયમિત રહેતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યાદી તૈયાર કરી SMC/SMDC/સંચાલક મંડળના સભ્યો તથા સ્થાનિક આગેવાનોની મદદથી તેવા બાળકોના વાલીઓનો સંપર્ક કરી બાળકોને શાળામાં નિયમિત કરવાના સઘન પ્રયત્નો હાથ ધરવા
👉 SMC/SMDC/સંચાલક મંડળની વાર્ષિક ૩-૪ મીટીંગ, માસિક સ્ટાફ મીટીંગ અને ત્રિમાસિક વાલી મીટીંગનું આયોજન કરી વાલીઓમાં તેમના બાળકોના શિક્ષણમાં તેમની ભૂમિકા અંગે જાગૃતિ લાવવા અને સહયોગ વધારવા પ્રયત્નો હાથ ધરવા
*નોંધ :* કાર્યક્રમની ગુણવત્તા, અસરકારકતા તેમજ સ્થાનિક પરિબળોને ધ્યાને લઈ રાજ્ય કક્ષાની સૂચનાઓ સિવાય ઉચિત જણાય તેવા હકારાત્મક ફેરફાર સ્વવિવેકથી કરી શકાશે.

👉 The program will be held on 26-27-28 June, 2024 (3 days).
👉 The program will be held in all government primary and government and aided secondary and higher secondary schools
👉 Includes 2 primary schools and 1 secondary school in one routewill happen If there is no secondary school then 3 primary schools will be included
👉 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM in First Primary School, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Second Primary School and 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM in Middle and Higher Secondary School/Third Primary School (if there is no Secondary School in the cluster) The program will be held
