Regarding organizing the parent conference on 15th August-2022. Returning to the above topic, provision has been made for conducting two parent meetings and documentation as per the year-2022-23 (EDN-2, IEC Communi Mobi in EAP of School of Excellence). In the current year, the celebration of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" is going on. 15th August-2022 Independence Day is to be organized. In terms of awareness and public awareness in the society, village leaders, educators, school children and parents should be informed. The interest in the development of the school. The school will become prosperous with more facilities. In addition, all the children of the village will understand the necessity of quality education. As a result, the parents will be aware of the good manners of the state It is hereby stated to organize parent conference in schools as well as KGBV Debate on clean and pure water
- - To inform the parents and students that "Har Ghar Tiranga" is organized as part of the celebration of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" this year. * Children with special needs Access to CwSN equipment materials and knowledge of their use. - Proper planning of transport and escort facilities. Contemplation for drop out and girl education. Discussion about Gyankunj Project, Mission School of Excellence programme. Discussion on cultural activities sports programs. . - Admission regularity of children Quality of education. Discussion on admission and special training program for out-of-school children in the age group of 6 to 14 years, seasonal hostels and schools on wheels project. . . Consideration for use of tree plantation, water storage, green school, computer lab. Regarding the new education policy. Discussion about Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Model School and Model Day School. More emphasis on basic reading, writing and numeracy skills under NIPUN India (r) Who will be invited to the parent convention. Apart from the SMC / KMC members, parents of other children studying in the school, elders and leaders of the area, role models of the village, village motivators and educators with active personality. (3) Discussion of Activities in Schools In the first session all the SMC KMC will have to plan to celebrate the parents convention on the occasion of Independence Day on 15th August 2022. (4) Discussion of School Facility Grant: Rs.300/- for one parent conference (Rs.200/- for 1 parent conference and Rs.100/- for documentation) has been sanctioned. Rs.600/- per school has to be spent in KGBV. The program of 26th January will be informed in due course and a letter will be sent here. This expenditure is to be borrowed under (EDN-2, EAP of School of Excellence). D.P.C.s and Governing Authorities are to be informed to take action to deposit the grant from PFMS to SMC / KMC from district level. is
(5) The following special vigilance shall be observed in the guardian's meeting: 1. The members coming to the parent convention will have to follow the (Covid-19) guide lines. 2. Effective planning and monitoring has to be done for the success of the parent convention. 3. A detailed note should be kept of the guardian convention and documentation should be done in the visiting book. 4. It has to be seen that the suggestions made in the parent conference are implemented promptly. . 5. The time of the parents' meeting should be kept as convenient for the village leaders as well as the parents. 6. The parent convention sheet (District Aggregation sheet) is prepared and enclosed herewith. It is asked to fill the information and submit it here.
